Does a factory 402 2wd exist
I once had a 72 Sub with a factory 402 and I was wondering if they ever produced a fact 2wd with a 402 since they only made the 402 in those couple years?

Only in trucks not in K5's too bad though a 2wd k5 with a 396/402 would be kickass!

I don't think they have, but I hope to make mine one someday soon. Have to get it on the road first.

IIRC, Jason is right, trucks only, NO blazers were offered with it

Re: Does a factory 402 2wd exist
Hey not that anyone was thinking that way back then I bet there might be a few special order vehicles out there, that was one of the coolest things about the muscle car era if there was something you wanted all you had to do was tell the dealer and wait 6 weeks and there you go, so I would not be suprised if there was something out there to that degree
