VIN ?'s
I have found a site where I can look up inpounded/repo cars. Hoping to get some bargains 8-)
They list them by year, make, model and have the VIN #'s. I can decode the normal ones (CE140S99999) but they have a few that have I can't figure out. CCD149A10128 CS140Z170502 CCE142B147323 CD141B633347 Any Help? Thanks, Mike

CD141BXXXxxx= 2wd/L4
diesel/half-ton/ stepside/ 1971/ made in Baltimore. The extra "C" in some of your VINs [ or "T" if GMC _Truck] is for Chevrolet Division. That system started in '72. |
