Does anyone know if a bed off a 88 and up bed fit on a 71 C10 Lwb?

Re: Bed Swap
I have seen a 90 dually bed on a 72 so it can be done, but not sure of the mods required. There is a thread here of newer stepside beds on 67-72 trucks. It had some good info.

Re: Bed Swap
if you're talking a fleet side bed, it'll fit, but it doesn't line up for squat.
It doesn't stop some ppl though. It really looks like some one trying to put lipstick on a pig though. |

Re: Bed Swap
yeah it rarely looks right , body lines , wheel arches are different too . takes away from the truck as a whole too, just my 2 cents though.
