Exhaust manifold question
I have a few trucks and they don't all have the same exhaust manifolds on them. 350 engines.
Seems like most of the drivers side manifolds turn down and back at about 45 degrees but some of the passenger sides turn back 45 and some just point straight down. All 2wd . What is original? If I pick up a pair at a swap meet are there different angles to different years or are they all the same if they have the angle on the rams horns. Also some drivers side have kind of a mount plate built into the front of them (for brackets I assume). Will these work for the drivers side alt mounts (into the heads) or will the extensions on exhaust manifold get in the way?

Re: Exhaust manifold question
4x4 exhaust manifolds dump straight down the middle of the manifold. 2wd manifolds angle back. I believe the mount on the front of the driver's side ones are car, usually Corvette manifolds.
They will all bolt to the head. It sounds like the 4x4 ones work on 2wd trucks. I don't think the ones that angle back will work on a 4x4. Especially on the passenger (right hand side) of the engine. The exhaust on that side barely fits aound the transfer case and front drive shaft of a 4x4. On my mutt 4x4, both manifolds dump straight down the middle. Both have "RHS" cast into the manifold. The 4x4 ones must be interchangable from RHS to LHS. I hope this helps.

Re: Exhaust manifold question
Funny, you say "I have a few trucks", looking at your list, you clearly do not understand the word few.... Nice list of trucks!!!
