anyone have the numbers for quadrajet carb
Does anyone have the part number for the quadrajet that was factory on my 402 big block in 1972??? Thanks
It was a rochester ------------------ 72 chevy super, long box, 402 big block (2,000 miles on rebuild 2wd orange and white. 84 k10 4x4 crate 350 with 330 hp [This message has been edited by chevy72402 (edited April 22, 2002).]

doesnt work that way, there were many different ones would be a 7042 series carb

Are there also different sizes? I will decode mine but is there more than these sites show. I know mine is the original on my 68 327 with air 400 turbo.

I have book full of numbers on the carbs. Let me know if you need one deciphered. THe ones listed are:
