has anyone done a straight axle change over on a 1988 thur 1998 chevy truck? if so please give info.

Most of the 4x4 mags have done the swap years ago. They were pretty indepth on the articals too. Might try getting some old back issues...

Forgot the info, 89 K3500, ORU kit (don't get BTW, too much $$$) in that pic a GM Dana 60, now has a HP60, TBI 454, TH400, Ford 205, (not installed yet) mod'd for twin stick, 14 rear, 4.56s and locker/PL for the axles, 40" boggers, cutouts, about 6-7" lift. Oh and its for sale.
