Re: Picture Request
Here's a picture of one I found on the internet. I have a picture of mine in the original light blue with white top that I compared it to and they're close but not sure if the one in this picture is the original blue or not.

Re: Picture Request
is it me or is that picture of the last truck a little funny.. i mean thats a 68 but i havent seen that side chrome on one before.. its got to be a 69-72 with 67-68 front clip or vise vursa.. i would definatly make it look like one or the other i guess to each there own..
nice truck regardless Last edited by 57sailplane; 09-29-2006 at 02:13 PM. |

Re: Picture Request
I have never seen one of these trucks with a hood ornament. Could this be the rarest of all options?

Re: Picture Request
Thanks 1970 CST, I think that covers the 3 I was looking for. And of course, none of them match mine.

Re: Picture Request
I went back and looked at the website that I found that truck on and it is a 1971 with a 68 front end on it. I agree with 57sailplane, I don't really like the way that trim looks with the 67/68 front end. Here's a link to the page if you want to see more of that truck.

Re: Picture Request
Nice Truck,
Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Did you paint it yourself? I am going to paint my 63 shortwide arrival blue once I get my collapsable paint booth made. JRB |
