Bed to fender well and bedside sealer?

I'm am disassembling my bed to clean and paint some just started rust between the bedsides and floor. There is a sealer of some sort in the joint, what can I replace it with? I want to be able to disassemble later so it cant be permanent.

Plain old seam sealer. Just go buy a tube at the local parts store( if they carry paint they should have it). Get you a caulk gun and have fun.
