Pictures of what I brought back.

Here are the pics a couple of you guys asked for. Pictures really don't do it justice. Original CST ,the frame has been gone through. has polyurethane cab mounts front sway bar(big one),front disc brakes, and a new power steering box.Plus just alot of misc. parts that I needed for my build. I won't be using this cab although the floor and cab supports are solid. The beds are 99% surface rust. Nothing a good DA'ing won't fix. I loaded the inside of the bed with a bunch of extra parts. for instance a new under the bed gas tank and sending unit from LMC. Another set of doors. a 67 68 grill. new inner fenders, headers, and a bunch of Holley carbs. and parts. Check out the tailgate. I kinda like it that way.

Re: Pictures of what I brought back.

The guy I bought it off of is a metal fabicator. He cut out the logo and turned it that way and welded it back in. I was thinking of leaving it that way cuz it is something you don't see.

It's a tailgate for a 4x4, it only reads right when you roll it.

Re: Pictures of what I brought back.

the 50th annv trucks came in that gold and off white. While there is a chance that it was simply a gold and white truck... seems more gold and white trucks are 50ths than not.

Is the option list still present in the glove box?
What color is the seat, dash pad, sun visors, and door panels?

Re: Pictures of what I brought back.

Longhorn man, The paint inside used to be gold and the sunvisors are gold The dash pad used to be gold as far as I can tell. Somebody painted it black. The info sheet on the glove box is gone. no seat. Does this help.

Re: Pictures of what I brought back.

yep... the gold visors and dash pad makes it a 50th. It shoulda had a white and gold seat in it too. There's no production numbers on the 50th though, so as to how rare is it... there's no tellin... but they are pretty uncommon...esp in a short fleet.
