Aluminum Fuel Cell Help
Just Removed Plastic Fuel Cell And Installed Aluminum Fuel Cell On Plastic Cell I Bent And Welded A 3/8 Tube To Mounting Bracket For Sending Unit Wires Looking For Help Or Any Suggestions And Maybe Pics Of Aluminum Cells With Sending Unit Wiring

I just ran my ground back to the sender screw, and ran the main wire down my vent line. Here is a crappy pic but all I have right now, guess if you wanted to go all out you could use aluminum tubing and tack it to the side of the cell.

thanks for the pic nice setup same cell i just bought at swap meet i bought 2 ?for 100 a piece u didn't ground the cell at the filler?

Nope, never saw a need for it, it's plastic, and the cell itself is grounded. Nice deal on the ones you bought.
