WELCOME.. NAW I DON'T THINK YOU'LL NEED A NEW INTAKE GASKET IF IT'S NOT LEAKING ANYWHERE ELSE. REMOVE THE BOLTS, CLEAN THEM & PUT THREAD SEALER ON THEM JUST LIKE YOU WOULD A HEAD BOLT. DO ONE BOLT AT A TIME & YOU SHOULDN'T NEED A NEW GASKET. JOHN

Welcome to the board from South Mississippi! Try the thread sealer first, if that doesn't work, then you can replace the gasket.

Re: oil on my intake

clean the bolts real good and better yet bead blast to allow thread sealer to have a real good grip allow thread sealer to setup for 15minutes or so before reinstalling

Re: oil on my intake

I had the same problem. Mine was leaking from the valve covers (cheap thin sheet metal chrome). I installed a set of nice heavy Edelbrock covers after cleaning everything up and it hasn't leaked since. I was told I might have over-tightend the cover bolts on the cheap covers.
