Shaved Firewalls?
If I Use My Current Cab I'm Gonna Have To Fix The Rust And Might As Well Shave The Firewall..... Are There Aftermarket A/c And Heater Kits That Have Everything, Where I Won't Have To Have Any Of The Factory Parts?(controls, Heater Box, Other)

I don't know where else to find them, But I have seen these complete kits on ebay. If memory serves me they were fairly inexpensive as well.

Re: Shaved Firewalls?
Their are alot of companys out their that make units. I went with VintageAir for my 71 and a customer is using it right now for his 68 that I am building. They ofer the kit with all parts needed even a mew control switch that matches the stock switches or you can piece the kit together. Here is the fire wall I just did for a customer.
