New from western MA
Hi all, Just joined up yesterday and gotta say the site looks to be pretty cool, and full of info I am going to need desperatley. I am in the process of restoring a 67 stepside 2wd, and I have to start off by asking 2 questions. First, I am putting in a new 250 straight 6 with a 4-speed. Will a pressure plate and clutch disc from a 292 with a 4-speed (using the same tranny) bolt right up? Also I want to lower it with shorter springs, how much drop in front and rear can I go with just using shocks and springs, and not having to go deeper into it?? Thanks in advance for the input!!!! Jason
