Stock Rally Wheel/After Market Center Caps?
On my last truck I had stock rally wheels on a custom 64 fleetside black cherry pearl paint job with a very subtle but clean pinstripe. With that alone it was a head turner and won quite a few car shows. Now that I'm restoring a 68 I wanted to know if anyone knows of after market center caps. They are good looking with a beaty ring and wide tire (275/60/15). I actually have clean center caps with the puter colored bowties. What can I do to have the bowtie blue or are ther after market adapters to make a smoothie look. There are so many of these rims being used on our trucks I only wonder if there are such a thing. Wheel Vintiques is only a couple of lights away but there has to be something for our wheels.

Try Davids Ralleye wheels or something like that located in SoCal. I ordered so 5 on 5 corvette ralleyes for my blazer and he has a good selection of wheels and trim rings and caps. Good service and prompt.

QKENUF4U very nice wheel. My wheel has the center cap held by the lugnuts. Would that set up work for my wheel. Steven B thanks for the input.

68 STEP BED thats exactly what I have and was wondering if there are others that fit our wheels. Same Rim 6 lug.

Hey Corn. I kinda like that look. The mini moon looks good on smoothie rims so why not rallys. Maybe need to put some weld beads or something around the center for the cap to snap over?

1967 chevy center caps. The wheels are 15x8, 5 on 5 inch bolt circle. Tires are 31x10.50

I was planning on making some centers that bolt to the stock cap holes. That way if I wanted to take them off, the wheels wouldnt be altered at all. Somebody else posted some tabs that bolt to the wheel & the cap snapped on them, but there I go altering the wheel again. They would be a pretty cool look I think. White letters would need to go in then dont you think?

I don't know. Guess it depends on the vehicle and color, etc. I like the BFG letters out.

I just posted in this thread how I installed my centers. It works the same on 5 or 6 lug wheels.
