Headers powdered coated
Yanked the headers off today. Going to have them powder coated with some high heat pwder coating. Guess well see how this works, since Jet Hot sucks. These Jet hotted headers are rusting from the inside out. $150

Is jet Hot supposed to prevent rust? I was thinking about having mine done but not if its just going to rust any way. Let us know how the powder coating goes.

i wouldn't recomend Jet Hot to anyone. I bought the headers from them and they are rusting from the inside out. 2 years and they look like crap.

If they didn't coat the inside also they will rust. You might check and see if you have the receipt. You might be able to get a refund.

To prevent rust from the inside out you need them coated inside. I heard that the ceramic coating inside and powdercoating outside is the best. I think I saw them in Jeggs of Summit for around 175.00?
