new hei distributor

i am thinking about buying one of his hei distributor http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY...mZ260063342414 my question is the motor i am putting this in is a 305 with hei standart so can i use the same stock plug number gaped at .045?

i got that same dist from that same guy and have had no problems. its been in my daily driver since may. i run ac delco r44ts plugs gaped at .40. chris.
