Nope, not without becoming a member. We had a rash of folks ripping others off and this is why only members can buy/sell policy was instituted. Keeps out the riffraff.

Yes, since you are now a site supporter, you can post for sale ads, but only in the classifieds sections. If you post outside the classifieds sections, the ad will be moved or deleted.
