looking for firewall pics
ok well there are a lot of holes on the firewall and i anm trying to find out what they are used for some i alredy know and some i just cant place so if anyone has pic of what there firewalls look like i can start to place where everything runs throughand what they are used for
thanks Jeremy feel free to post custom firewalls also would love to see some of the great work the members have done

Heres one of my firewall on my 67.I did this all by myself.I think its not bad for never doing body work or welding.

Now i have a question. What holes can one weld up without screwing him self when it comes time to install the stuff again. Also what can you relocate without an outragous amount of work. For example. Like the fuse block. Were could one relocate it? Also is there a way you can run the speedometer cable in a different spot? I am would like to clean up the firewall as much as i possible can. On the picture above it shows a hole that is labled Trans linkage.
Is that hole needed for an Automatic Transmission that will be using a tilt Ididit column shift? I wouldn't think so, but before I fill the hole I wanted to check with the experts. Thank you, Bob |
