Talking 70' 3/4 ton to 5-lug disc brakes

i have seen the info on 6-lug conversion but need to know if anyone has info for changing 1970 3/4 ton 8 lug drum to 5 lug disc's using factory parts. is 67-70 3/4 ton suspension the same. i have a 58' apache flatbed that has had the frame changed and apears to be a 67-70' 3/4 ton frame. if 5-lug can't be done i will settle for 6-lug thanks

Cheapest way would be to swap out the front crossmember and differential with springs from a 73-86 1/2 ton. That gives you 5 bolt, discs up front, better gearing and a smoother ride.
