Saw a nice truck yesterday

I was at the Flea Market in Jonesborough, TN yesterday and saw a really nice 87(I think) Silverado. It was red and white, lowered, 88-91 burb grill, with a set of gray spoke TT D's. It was a very nice truck, but the only thing I didn't like was it had whitewall tires. It had So-Cal front tag and So-Cal and Mooneyes stickers on the rear glass, so I can only assume an old-school look is what he was after. I'm not being critical or putting down his ride, but it just wasn't my taste. I was wondering what some of you guys would think about it. I didn't have a camera with me so I didn't get any pics. Sorry.

Re: Saw a nice truck yesterday

That seems to be the latest trend in SoCal these days and you see a lot of these trucks in Classic Trucks Mag.and Custom Classic Trucks Mag.

Re: Saw a nice truck yesterday

Sounds like not really my taste either but with out seeing it I have no idea. The only thing I don't really like was the tire and rims or at least what it sounds like to me.
