Cab Supports - don't delay changing, here's why....
Check out what I found when I pulled my cab yesterday. The cab supports where toast (most are after 39 yrs!) and my truck has average northern rust damage but useable. The front frame mounts looked fine but check out the rears, just a little longer and the cab would have dropped through... There is a lot of moisture trapped by your rubber cab supports so the sooner that you can change the better...

What’s the best to replace these with? Just another OEM mounts?
Thanks, s/t

Re: Cab Supports - don't delay changing, here's why....
I got the complete 4WD set from LMC ($150) does cab, rad and bed... Funny thing is that I only have one other rust spot (besides surface) on the frame and its the mid-crossmember. My truck was undercoated, which you can see gooped up in the photo. I'm getting ready to blast everything, prime then paint.
