? Installing 90's Cheyenne seat in 67-72 ?

I haven't realy looked at it yet but is this a "bolt in" type of deal or will I need to drill holes? Ad brackets?
I just picked up a 60/40 bench and want to install it this weekend.
Thanks in advance

The 60/40 won't be a complete bolt in but it shouldn't be to hard. The inner bracket on the 60 part of the seat will be the biggest headache. You might have to build some spacers, or worst case, you might have to shorten the bracke on the seat. Depending on which truck has the taller trans tunnel.
The outside brackets should be a "just drill the holes" deal.
I have a 88-94 bench seat in my 72. IIRC I just drilled 2 new holes for it.

Post up some pics when ya do your 60/40.

I've got a 99 60/40 spotted I'd like to swap into my 72.

That's waht I am curious about. The shorter brack on the "60" seat. I wonder if I could get another bracket like the tall one and get it to fit.

I think the taller bracket would bolt onto the seat but then it'd probably be to tall

Does your 68 have a "high hump" or "low hump" trans tunnel?

Re: ? Installing 90's Cheyenne seat in 67-72 ?

If you could take a couple of pictures and do a write up about the process that would be awesome as I just picked up some 04 Silverado Seats. Mine are 40/20/40 with a center arm rest. The middle section fits over the hump perfect but I'm wondering about the rear brackets on the buckets. I tossed mine in there just to check fit (I'm pretty far from installing them currently) and seems like it's not going to be too much trouble.

Re: ? Installing 90's Cheyenne seat in 67-72 ?

I used 4 washers for the front bolt of the 60 seat and my seat sits about perfect. Without it, it looked ok, but was just a little lower than the other seat.
