Post dragging mufflers

I,ve got a problem see they decided to put this speed bump in my court that is I swear 8 inches tall and my high $$ flowmasters are dragging. Ive got a 4/6 drop and going to raise it 1 inch all around but I was wondering how you could run the mufflers with plenty of ground clerance. I'm running manifolds not headers and they dump in front of the axle. suggestions please

They are flat but they are 3" thick plus 1/2" clearance between frame.

There is a company that make thin mufflers for hotrods. Try doing a search on "thin mufflers" , or maybe "hotrod mufflers"

Check this link and look under the 68 restoration link.
They have cut holes into crossmember which have the trailing arms and carrier bearing attached to it.
They have also made some other nice mods on the rodstoration of this clean early truck.
I was considering this mod while I had mine apart but since it will ride at stock height I am not sure whether there would be a benefit from this or the one piece shaft mod.
When it comes time for mufflers you can be sure that whoever installs them will route them correctly instead of bending the sheet metal on the back of the cab. Both of my trucks have had this done during their lives.
