I wanted to know if all 67-72 cabs had a place to mount the three point seatbelt.I think the place where it mounts to is called the B post.

most all of our trucks have the pillar anchor(or "b" pillar) hole threaded to accept the bolt for a shoulder type seatbelt.most of these trucks either have a plastic plug covering the hole or it was covered over w/body work by previous owners. a plastic shroud would cover this bolt head from showing though most likely.

Thumbs up

I have them in my 70. Put them in when my boys started driving. I bought them from the TRUCKSHOP here in Ca. They bolted right in and work perfect, heck I even wear them now.

I called Southern Rod and they said that a three point seatbelt won't work for me because I have a bench seat.Is this true?

These are from a Camaro, but I don't know what year-- I got them at a swap meet. The buckles barely poke through the seat cusions, but they work perfect.

I called Southern Rods too and the guy told me the same thing. Due to the hard plastic piece around the female buckle it wont fit through the seat or something right. I still have my pair on order. I'll probly end up cutting the hard plastic off the outside of the female belt so that it will go through the seat. If not then i'll return the dang things. I'll let ya'll know.

They will work, but see my post a few days ago on the subject.

The pictures above are the same as S-10 belts.
