Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
Here goes guys. I finally got some pics. I froze getting them but tell me what you think. It started right up this morning (it was -6 degrees out). I was impressed! Now to get it rolling down the road under its own power!

It sure makes it easy to spot where the water might leaking out of all those rust holes...LOL! Great looking project...you got a great deal! It looks to be pretty decent shape except the typical rusted out door bottoms, rockers and corners.

Re: Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
I would buy it.
If you have 450...it is a no brainer. Looks like it could be a daily driver with issues. The issues will drop up as you drive it...so save your pennies. As long as the drive line is good and the heater works...you are good to go.

Re: Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
I heard that truck with camper covers have the best beds. Looks like there isn't any rust in the bedside panels like there is in the doors so I guess that's a good deal for you. Congrats

Re: Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
yep worth the $$. It started right up in -6 degree wether - even better. Just get the tranny fixed, check out all the brakes/brake lines and give it a tune up and you should have a decent driver with little work.
you gota better deal than I did on mine - that's for sure. If you plan on getting rid of the wheels - i'll buy the hub caps (what size tires are on that????)

Re: Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
Is that original paint???? If so, some new door bottoms and paint and you've got a real nice hauler. How's it look under the cab and bed?
Great buy!

Re: Finally got some pics $450 72 c10 4x4
The truck was repainted and the wood bed was replace in 1998. Lots of bondo in the doors as you can tell but the topper has been on since the new wood. It looks like new.
