Throttle Linkage Help

CAN SOMEONE SHOW ME THROTTLE LINKAGE HOOK UP PICKS! MY CABLE IS TOO LONG ! I HAVE A STOCK CABLE GOING TO A QUADRAJET. IT IS LIKE MY CARB IS TOO CLOSE TO THE FIREWALL!!

is your cable mount bolted to the back of the carb or onto the intake? there are a few different mounts made for the Qjet
