Panel school bus
Has anyone ever seen one of these for real? I suppose by now any produced would all be in junkyards or long since crushed. This pic came from the '68 silver book.

Re: Panel school bus
I once came across an ambulance that had a top like that. Looked like a one piece molded(fiberglass??) top. No seats like a school bus would have but room for a gurney like you see on TV. I bought the passenger side bucket seat that was covered in industrial strength vinyl and upon removal found a VIRGIN black scroll seat.

Re: Panel school bus
A little bit off-topic, but this old school bus showed up at our local car show last summer. I can't remember exactly what year it was, but it had a factory roll down window in the sides, and the school bus stop light and the guy said that under his new upulstrey, there are names and stuff like John + Mary. School kid stuff. He said he bought it from a very small school district somewhere in Wyoming several years back. So that means that there must be newer models still out there somewhere.
