inner roof panel above w/s
I see you can get now. Has any one put one in. It looks like it has a flange on it is it made to be lapped against old panel(on the side away from windshield). I think I would butt weld it in. I on the fence how I would take care of a truck with rust in this area beacuse there not access to back side to sandblast/treat to stop. I might just cut out wrost looking area and replace then use long tube on my rocker gruad gun to spray somthing up in there .

It`s the header panel.Get the part,look it over,and decide where to go from there.

Once you cut out that area to put in the patch, you have all the room you need to treat existing rust. This is on my list of to-dos. Looks labor intensive, but not too complicated. From what I've read, the hardest part is getting the piece in place above the doors...

yhea but once you cut you have removed all the rust, the inner panel is the one that rust. If there was a way to blast it to get rid of rust from inside I would not have to replace. I not good with words so I I have hard time saying what I mean
