i am tring to take the apolstery off my seats and i cant get the head rests off could some one let me know the trick thanks alot in advance!!! the seats are 2001-2006 front and rear

There should be a small hole in the the littl bezel that the head rest posts come out of. Pull the headrest up till it stops, then put a small pick in that hole and pull up, then move to second hole, and it should slide right out.
