I have a '70 3/4 ton and was wondering if anyone knew where my truck was built - it has the "z" code for the factory

Re: "z" factory code means...
Fremont, Calif. Up in the Bay area. They used to make trucks for the whole Southwest. I have a '68 C/10 Stepside and a '67 K/10 Suburban from the Fremont Plant.
Now that plant is a Toyota factory. Go figure?
