More Blazer parts colected for some day!

A board member posted about some blazer parts for sale on graigs list. I contacted the member and he said he was not interested but wanted to post if any one was. Wel as it turns out after thinking about what I need for my 2wd Blazer I thought I would go look at it at least and here is what I ended up getting.

I got both bed sides that are almost damage free and are 100% "rust " free. Yes they have surface rust but as you can see from one of the other pics 2 minutes with a DA 180 grit and the problem is gone The last owner sanded teh paint off or had it blasted and just never covered it up after wards. I will get it all soda blasted and epoxy sealed for later use. I also took the front of the tub because you can never have to many un-cut A/C dashes or "rust" free windshield frames for these Blazers. Again it will be blasted and epoxy sealed soon for later use if needed. The I got a set of truck door shells that are in great shape. The only damage is a few sets of mirror holes, now if I could only find someone who could weld I think I will have these blasted inside and out at the same time as the rest of the parts.

Now I just need to trim down the front tub just to the part I want to hold on too and remove the bed sides from what is left of the floor. How do you like my hauling set up
Also here are a few pics of my Blazer side's that need these donors bad.

The bottom corner of the door was the worst of it and it is still great I think.

Yes but if it was a short bed already the new hitch would be installed and I could have used my car trailer instead. Ever try lifting a rear tub 4' in the air with only two people

Does this mean the Blazer project has been moved to the top of the list?

That really is funny! No if anything it is even further down the list. But it still is on the list so when maybe needed parts come up I stock up.
