Need some help! 2 Questions??

How do i get the wiper arms off? Started sanding down the body today, and cant figure how out how to get them off. There is also a tube coming out from the bottom of my carb, I think its a vacuum line or something to do with emissions. Its a 250 motor. If your facing the truck from the front its on the right side at the bottom of the carb. I dont know what to hook it up to, but i know its making my engine run rough, because if i put my finger over it while the motor is running it changes the sound of the motor. Not sure what its doing, but i would like to get it hooked up. Thanks for any help!

The wiper arms have small tab on the underside. you can use a tiny screwdriver to disconnect the tab and then get the wiper arms off. The PO of my truck took the liberty to glue mine on also so I had to use a heat gun also..lol

the other line you're talking about sounds like a vaccuum line. I don't know exactliy where it connects but if the truck runs better with it plugged then plug it
