My new project.

Thanks. For now I just plan on lowering it. Once I have time to start on it I'll fix the few rust spots and thats it. The best part...It was free.

Yes. It was my great grandfathers, then he passed away, then my aunt had it and decided to give it to me.

*1986 Sliverado longbed 400 small block mean as hell, 700r4 trans (5 speed coming one day)

* 1970 chevelle 2dr sedan Latest update June 24 2007.

*1957 4 door stationwagon - pink all original needing a good restore (body great, floors bad)

newest additions
1965 shortbed fleet great granddads. Been told im nuts to bring it back from the dead (still going to happen) plans-all stock with a turbo 292 inline 3 speed column shift. and thats it

big block 427 and 5 speed trans and ford 9 inch theyhave no home yet thinking what to put them in

and a 79 c60 trash truck um no idea i have one

Yeah I could really stand to get one like that. That truck looks brand new!

I've been desperately searching on craigslist for a 1983 under truck (to avoid emissions laws) since november of last year and all thats turned up are trucks that need major repairs to the body and interior. I'm getting rather tired of walking though. Where are these awesome trucks hiding ?

The trucks are out there. They will pop up when you least expect it or either you don't have the money. Your going to have to spend a little to get a decent driver. A fixer upper beats walking though. I spent $1500 for my 84swb and the engine started going down hill six months later. I spent $2000 for my 85 lwb. I've put almost that much in repairs and upgrades. It's running well but I'm still spending.
