sending unit?
I ordered a sending unit from LMC for my 72 but it is a sending unit outfitted wit EOC. My truck dosent have the evaporation tube. I ordered it about a year ago and just got to looking at it with the seat out. I was thinking about just pluging the whole with a piece of house and a bolt with a hose clamp.
I also started looking at putting a new seat uplostery kit on. Any sugestions on a good way too do it with out tearing a seem. Thanks! |

Re: sending unit?
I would plug the extra outlet with a more permanent fix like soldering a brass cap onto it, before installing the unit. A bolt in a hose is likely to fail in a short time allowing vapors to build up in your cab.
I don't have any suggestions on upholstery! Jim
