4" lift? Also, who widened your ralleys? I want to do it with a 8 lug set I have. But I'm cheap

jaros44, Willamette Wheel went out of business a few years back. The only place that I know that still does that kind of work is Stockton Wheel in California. I got a quote for them to make my rally wheels into 16x10's. They wanted $225 a piece to do it. I am sure that just widening would be less though.

Here is their widening link.

Re: Blazer Progress Pics

With the 3:73s and 35s how does it pull?Does it seem underpowered?I have 3:73s and 35s on my 71 but it hasnt seen the road since both axles were rebuilt with different gears and it went to 35s so I was wondering if it does good with that combo or if I should get some lower gears.Of course the far from stock motor may help some as to comparing it to one with a stock motor...but with your 500 hp shortbed I don't know what to expect motor wise from the K/5

Re: Blazer Progress Pics

The motor in the K5 is a mild built small block. I would love to put 4:10 gears in the blaze but it would pass everythimg but a gas station. The 3:73 gears are a good all-around gear. Good on the hwy and fuel. If your gonna hot rod and pull all the time I would go to 4:10's. Hope this helps.
