Anyone recomend someone to install A/C in Arizona?
First off, I just found this site, and I can't believe the great info I've found already!
Can anyone refer me to someone who can install a vintage or classic air kit in my 1970? And can anyone recommend which aftermarket A/C kit is best, and for what reasons? |

If you buy the kit, I will help you with the install. I have the vintage air unit.

Thanks for the responses.
whatnow123, how well does the kit blow here? I don't expect it to be comparable to a newer car, but just want to know if it's worth the money. |

I have no idea how well it works here as I will be putting the interior back together in a week or two. I didn't have an ac cab and I bought bigger side vents, the ones that come with the kit are pretty small. I've heard that works well.

I've installed vintage air in a customers car. I feel that with careful planning an intermiediate mechanic should have no problem installing a aftermarket ac unit

Bagged, what have you done to your truck? Do you have any pictures? I'm wondering when all of us AZ members are going to meet up...

Motor is a 383, edelbrock carb, manifold. 700R4 tranny,
Bagged in the front with spindles, rear is a 4 link. I'm going to be finishing off the primer this weekend so its all flat black, and will take pics after its all done. We do need an Arizona C10 meet up or something, that would be cool Last edited by bagged70c10; 05-10-2007 at 07:38 PM. |

Muscle Car Garage on Arizona Ave in Chandler, AZ.
I haven't used them for my 72 SWB but I did use them for a 1968 Camaro Engine and Transmission install. I found them to be well priced and very happy to work with. |
