Re: Gas Pedal
How much of a problem is it to install the aftermarket stuff? Especially if you go with a cable mounted at the bottom of the pedal, than compared to the swing arm type that is almost stock?

Re: Gas Pedal
I used a pedal assembly from a 87 suburban. fits pretty good and is about the cheapest way for a throttle cable linkage..... I see if I can find a pic...

Re: Gas Pedal
I have a Lokar pedal with cable on my 65. Easy to install. It does take two people to mount it to the floor to attach the nylock nuts if uncoordinated like me. I can take a picture if wanted but it just looks like a pedal. We sell Lokar products also. Never had a problem with any of their product installs.

Re: Gas Pedal
I spent this morning at a local shop getting my SS braided cable and fittings for my power steering setup.
While I was there I drooled over the Lokar pedals, especially the Eliminator Floor mount model...... I think I may just get that one, it looks really cool........ anyway later Chad
