WIW Edelbrock Performer
This Edelbrock Performer 1405 has around 50 miles on it. It comes with the chrome fuel line and electric choke. I had got the electric choke separate, and has never been hook up. Does not include the accelerator rod, air filter bolt or the PVC hose. Going to a 750 Holley and considering selling this. What's it worth?

Re: WIW Edelbrock Performer
That's why I'm asking what's it worth, while I'm waiting for my new Holley to come in the mail before I decide to sell.

Re: WIW Edelbrock Performer
Steve, I saw the 1405 today at Pep Boys for $249.99 without a choke. My dad would have bought that from you had he known you were selling it.

Re: WIW Edelbrock Performer
just a fyi from the looks of the bottom gasket on that carb. it was mounted to intake that was spreadbore shaped and to run that carb (squarebore) needs a adaptor plate or it will leak vauccm, run lean and not very good
just a fyi because the new holley will be the same way if the correct parts are not used. send me a p.m. if interested and a picture of your intake design and i will show u the parts needed for the correct installation chances are theres nothing wrong with that carb. just the installation was not correct. Re: WIW Edelbrock Performer
I happened to recheck this older post and saw your fyi. I never noticed that. Thanks.....It still ran good when it was on. Although I didn't put that many miles on it to notice........I'm going to used this just to start my 383 soon, then may sell......

Re: WIW Edelbrock Performer
It is probably worth about $150 maybe in this area. If you do not sell it to bigchevyman and it sells to edin355, I am going to the meet and will deliver it for you.
