60-66 C10 on Trucks!
Just thought Id drop by and tell you guys Trucks! on spikeTV is doing a 60-66 this weekend, looks like its gonna be a resto project (I just caught a few minutes)

why the hell would you cut a good long bed to make a short bed just buy a short bed if yall keep cutting up long beds all your gonna have is short beds and no long beds and short beds look like s***!!!!

glad to see a 66 on trucks. I doubt it will be anything like the copperhead that stacy david created, but still cool none the less.
glad i already had trucks! setup on Tivo. I do have to say, Rockcrln's low buck build thread in the 67-72 forum will probably give better info on shortening a lwb into a swb than this episode did. |

yall missed what i was saying and i admit i was out of line saying that short beds look like s*** but what i was getting at is that they are disable but if yall kepp cutting them up then ther will be to many short beda and then every fool would have one dont make a franken truck outa some thing alredy nice spend the extra time hunting for a real factory shot bed and jchava62 i addmiteed i was wrong about what i said about thier looks

Just got a little worked up...that's all. Actally I like all 60-66 trucks, short, long, high, low, whatever, their all beautiful...My truck is like part of the family so I guess I reacted a little outta hand..I apologize.

I remember back when TRUCKS first got started they were doing rocker panel raplacement on a '65(I think) and then it just disappeared off the show. I was kinda bummed out about that,but I kept watching the show .

Yay for peacful ends. But I agre, if too many longbeds are cut up now, were going to be kicking ourselves in the ass 10 years from now when we cant find a good long bed

well tif we do run out of long beds i know there will be a least two left mine and if un did the the frame cut it would be more work than its worth id rather see them on the road to but not cut up i do love the customs but the origonal is better by far
