New to board - need some help
I registered to this board 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to "log-on" at home since; I am able to log-on at work(that's where I am posting this message from(Sunday Morn) and obviously my boss wouldn't appreciate me spending company time here); when I log-on at home the area at the bottom that shows active members recognizes my username; but the top of page does not show me as being an active member nor does the "Log-out" option appear at the bottom of the page; I have followed the procedure that Josh recommends under the Logging In Problem sub-directory and delete all the 67-72 cookies and this still doesn't help; I have set all my Internet Explorer options at home to match my work computer and that didn't help either; my Systems Administrator at work is stumped also; I'm not the smartest when it comes to computers; any suggestions?

I was having the same problem ealier last week after I bumped up the the privacy level in Internet Explorer 6.0. I had to set it back to the medium setting in order to log in and have my name appear at the top with the others. Hope this helps.

Did you mess with the cookie options under the edit option under the user cp? This may have caused your problems.
I messed with this and I then had the same problems as you do. It turned out to be the browser I was using. I'm on aol and the browser does not work well with vBulletin board systems, it turns out. I got logged on to the net then changed my brower to the internet explorer one on my computer and then accessed this site then logged in and the site then reconized me. After that I was able to switch back to my aol browser and have had no problems yet except for voting in polls which then I must use the internet explorer browser to be able to vote.
