How much $ added for slow shipping to Oregon 97233, and is there any of the original mounting hardware included? Will these be nice enough cores to have replated?

Looks like about $12 shipping. The studs, nuts, and washers are with the guards. Yes, IMO good candidates for replating. Not pitted or dinged that I can see. Thanks, big
