Re: WIW.......intake?
in my experience, there's not much demand for the spreadbore manifolds, especially with the aftermarket aluminum intakes being so cheap.

Re: WIW.......intake?
I agree, I used to only pitch the small block ones, but lately I haven't been able to give away the big blocks ones either. Some guys may want it for the casting number and/or date if they're doing an original restoration, but if it's in your way, I say pitch it.

Re: WIW.......intake?
What's the casting numbers? That may make a difference. If it's checked and found to be crack free.....around $75. Shipping will be around $50 due to the weight. The BB manifolds are bad to crack between the large holes of the carb, the crack will run down into the intake and usually causes problems with the idle. Greg

Re: WIW.......intake?
run the casting numbers, if it is off a desirable muscle car, it may be worth something... if it's just a stationwagon motor or truck motor... it's probably worth it's weight in scrap.

Re: WIW.......intake?
Not much unless you have the motor, heads, etc, etc. I just sold a 375 hp 396 and did well because it was all date coded within a month.

Re: WIW.......intake?
Thanks for the input. I think I will use it on my 402 even thought it won't be 100% correct. The 402 needs all the help it can get.
I was checking the value because I know where I can get another one but he wants $200. which seemed too high to me.
