i like Autolite 25 or NGK plugs. Stay away from platinum plugs in older motors

i've been using ac delcos but i had an accident taking my headers out tonight. i figured, hell its time to change them anyway.

use AC Delco plugs in a GM. Autolite plugs in everything else. Use Champion plugs ONLY if you can't get anything else, and it has a mower deck under it.

This is just IMO but I use AC Delco plugs most of the time. Autolites have treated me very well in all my race applications also. Even better than AC Delco
I would not tell my worst enemy to run a champion in his lawnmower  JUST MY OPINION THOUGH RJ22...

Just curious cooters, why not the Platinum plugs? I've been saving pennies to spend $8-$12 a plug, I have headers & I don't want to change them very often, so I thought I'd get the spendy ones.

bosch dont work because they have no exposed electrode so when any carbon or fuel gets on the plug they misfire. Platinum plugs have a tiny electrode and also tend to misfire when oil, fuel or carbon get onto the plug. Platinum plugs work well in motors that run really clean with higher cylinder temps. These are my findings anyway.

Use AC Delco, but if you need header space, then I have been running the plugs from Accel. I have been using them for years and they have not failed me yet.
