chevy/gmc front clip similarities?

would someone please explain it again about the similarties of gmc to chevy front clips and what is interchangable. i know that 67 & 68 body parts are the same expect for the markers on 68, and 69 to 72 sheetmetal is the same except for grill changes thru those years, but how do gmc parts coincide with this. i'm asking cuz i acquired a 71 gmc swb fleet and planning to swap to a 67/68 chevy style front clip. can i reuse any of the gmc skins.

thanks

All '67 Chevy & GMC fenders are the same.

'68 Chevy and '68-'72 GMC fenders are the same.

'69-'72 Chevy fenders are the same.

So yes, you can install a 67/68 grill on your GMC clip...dunno why you would wanna though.
You'll probably need a rad support too.

thanks guys, just like the 67/68 grille style better. don't care much for the 69-72 hood. gonna sell a lot of 69-72 front sheetmetal one day.
