GMC Commercial
Have any of you folks seen th recent GMC commercial? They happen so fast it's hard to catch, but it starts with a early 50s GMC crashin thru a brick wall, then as quick as it is a 71 or 72 bursts thru the other side? It keeps going up to current.
Sure would appreciate if any of you computer guru's could figure out how to post a still pic of that part of the commercial. My computer setup wont allow any videos, but it will do still pics just fine, within reason. I cant even search u-tube and others. Hopefully within the next year we will be updated into the 21st century with the phone/cable/internet. Any help will be appreciated!!---DAC

Re: GMC Commercial
On TV. I have only seen it twice. once during a NASCAR race and once on the Discovery or TLC channel. Both within the last 2 weeks.
Dang Orange, like I said, my old pentium II windows98 phone line antique internet setup wont have anything to do with video play, and it dont like pictures over 600- 700 bytes. Sure would like a still pic of that truck just as it breaks thru the wall!! Thanks for responding---DAC

Re: GMC Commercial
I believe they skipped 73-87 entirely in that commercial.

Re: GMC Commercial
I can't find the commercial anywhere, TV or internet. I did come across this though. After the page opens up, click on GMC channel, then on the video that says "Two New Pickups". The intro is awsome, but I can't say I watched the rest of the video. There is a very quick shot of a 67 getting sideways in the mud.

Re: GMC Commercial
Just saw the commercial tonight. The truck was yellow and white. The commercial was for a GMC Summer Sell Down. Still can't find anything on Youtube.

Re: GMC Commercial
I think the 73-87 GM trucks are hansome and so do alot of "true" GM truck lovers.I thought only Ford nerds used that rusty bullcrap against us.GM remedied the rust problem in`78 with adding drain holes to the wheel arches and stopped buying crappy Japanese steel recycled from US junk.
I saw that add once and all I could think was they`re going the wrong way and they get better the farther back. Now,you want to talk about fugly...`07 GM trucks...barf!!The`87-backs look real good against those.
