WTB Factory Evap case

the one i pulled off a parts truck is beyond a good looking repair. I need the evap case for factory a/c. My truck is a 71 if it make any differance. I have all the inside pieces just need to outside case. If all else fail I will go with either old air or vintage air.... after i save some more money for that! Thanks

Re: WTB Factory Evap case

I'll have to get pictures tomorrow night. Like you, (saw some previous posts on the board) I have almost everything inside but no evap, condenser or dryer so I don't want to try to scrounge the rest of it. It's better to be used than collect dust on a shelf. If there's anything else you need just let me know and I'll check my stash.

Re: WTB Factory Evap case

I have a few extra, but they are complete for $45 each. Or I can see if I have a good case but the rest is bad, then I can sell you just the case for $25. And for a few bucks more can probably deliver next trip to OKC.

Tell me how soon you need it. No plans right now, but do have some friends coming from Edmond that could probably take it back to their house. Or we could me at the McDonalds on the turnpike if you needed it quick.

Re: WTB Factory Evap case

Here's the pictures. It has the evaporator (to be removed) and 2 holes I didn't recall that are fixable. I'm thinking take the better case from Rick. Probably cheaper shipping too.

Re: WTB Factory Evap case

When are your friends coming from Edmond? Hope it's not too late, had so much stuff going on I forgot about this. Might as well take the whole thing and have a spare evap in case one isn't any good. No real hurry rockers are getting replaced next weekend and cab sprayed when thats done. So nothing is going back in the cab yet.

Re: WTB Factory Evap case

Will check with them, but have plenty unless you want to pick one out and pay for it.

Looks like my parent's friends will be in Tulsa this weekend from Edmond. Let me know if you want me to send something back with them.
