"Repops" are made cheap and if you plan to do anything with your truck besides drive it then go original. IMHO. esll. On my second repop gate now I just drive it and enjoy the smooth look as I shaved my truck.

Re: Tailgate
I have gone through 2 aftermarket tailgates, both were absolute CRAP! I got them from different vendors but with the same results. One creased when I put it down and leaned on it to get something out of the bed, what a waste of money. Go with OEM tailgates unless you NEVER plan on using it, not even to relax and sit on it.

Re: Tailgate
That is a nice gate for being original. I live in California and I have only found two straight gates ever out of all the ones I have come accross. Most always have a slite bow in them. Good luck on selling this. It is nice and will last way longer then a repop. Repops are good for shows or showing. They bend to easy.

Re: Tailgate
I haven't heard anything positive about the remanufactured tailgates. Plus this OEM sheetmetal in good shape is much more valuable.

Re: Tailgate
This one wouldn't be for sale if I hadn't just picked up a really clean one on a parts truck off of craigslist. The green swb 4x4 the gate is attached to is my score from another member today. Couldn't sleep last night waiting to go get it, lol Thanks Ray! I've wanted one of these for a long time. Now, I have to part with some of my other junk to catch up the bank account. big

Re: Tailgate
Yes, still available. A rough estimate from Fedex says around $85. I'm guessing at the dimensions and guessed the packed weight at 70lbs. In reality it might be more or less. If I can find packing materials for free there's no extra cost to you. If I have to buy it the cost only is passed to you. Like I had said local pick up would be best but I'll do what I can to help and if you are sure you want it I'll pull it from the truck and get a more exact shipping amount. big
