I'm still scratching my head on this one!
I saw this today at the bad boyz car show. I only had my phone for a camera so its crappy quality. I guess it would work but why would you do it?

I see it from time to time on motorcycles. to my knowlege it works fine. I'd do it just to be different. |

Re: I'm still scratching my head on this one!
seen it done with a flathead once, i think it was on the net tho. I wonder how that works though? what about the valves, just have smaller intake, larger exaust valves now?

Re: I'm still scratching my head on this one!
If so, then the intake valve is now exhaust, and the exhaust valve is intake? Not much to gain other than gossip.?

Re: I'm still scratching my head on this one!
Is that the distributor on the front of the engine, in place of the waterpump? It looks like it to me... If so, it looks like he just runs the distributor off the front of the cam, but then what about the water pump? That is so amazing, in my opinion! What an awesome ride!

Re: I'm still scratching my head on this one!
It looks like he may have run an electric water pump below the motor judging off the hoses on the side of the timing cover wear the water pump used to go, thats a cool ride, definently different.
