Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

I am interested in the grill and the upper piece. Looks like a dent above the tubing in the one pic. Shipping to Nebraska 69101?
Thanks

Do the grill eyebrows have mounting clips in them? What would you want for the mounting clips?

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

you said it has a 350 with a 3 speed?

does it seem like the headers are ok, and fit with the clutch and shift linkage of the column shift?

thanks!

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Hotfun, Mark, the bumper has a dent in middle where tag goes and one to the right between middle and bolts. The dash pad is nice no cracks just needs cleaned up
one9six9, Keith, its pretty good but I've never shipped a core support
walker1972, sorry have some rust in them
groundhog, Jeremy, has some rust in front lower cup
Husker, Ron, top bar has a couple dings in the middle between center of grill and headlights. I'll try to get some pics and post them, it will be Mon late evening though maybe Tues. I have a golf tourney on Monday
Incoma, yes it has the clips $15 shipped for all 4
Samwise68, Sam, I'll have to look and see how much clearance there is
Thanks Randy

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

That looks like a pretty solid and straight truck. How much for all the side and rear trim? Does most of it look fairly straight and dent free? Do you have a pic of the rear?

Thanks!

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Husker, here are pics of grill, the worst part of it is the top bar, one small hole see first picm couple small dings, there is some surface rust around edges see pics. I think it would all clean up, but would need a better top bar
Samwise, it has a floor shifter in it
Chevy_man, Eric, they are not bad but they do have some light pitting on them.
Hittman, Chris, I'll sell the cab forward trim but I don't want to take the trim off the bed. I'm trying to sell the bed with trim on it
Upgrade, I've got 2 shouds, one is not cracked but it has the top edge wcraped some, see pic. Its hardly noticable $25 for one in pic. I got another not pictured, it has a crack in mounting tab but you wouldn't notice once bolted on. $20 for it. $5 for a set of 3 core rad holddowns. All plus shipping
Thanks Randy

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Eric, $40 plus shipping, I'd need your zip to figure it if you want them. They are not perfect but better than average. The rubbers are OK, one crack in one rubber. The felt part where window rolls up needs replaced. Thanks Randy

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Randy,

i saw it has a floor shifter, i don't think that makes a difference, since the clutch linkage is the same. atleast thats what i've been told.

so, i'm still interested and all that jazz.

thanks!
