So in another forums I got to, some of the users demanded that I give them a bunch of pictures and info on my truck. I had been meaning to make a post showing all the documantation i have for my truck, so I decided to finally do it. I thought that you guys might want to read it too, so here is a link to the thread in question! Let me know what you guys think.

that was me. he was helping me get my timing set, since i dont have a timing light, and i had just put in a new dizzy.

First things first .... this is a very, very sweet truck! The history, paper work to back it up, is down right awesome. I would recommend the paper work be put in a binder so that it would help preserve it as it is getting old.

All the old parts that are being removed I trust that you are keeping them in a safe place as the paper work in the end has to have a vehicle that represents it to be of value as an investment. Modified vehicles that have documentation or as in allot of cases do not have documentation are about the same value to a perspective buyer and therfore be cautious as to the direction in the end that you take this very nice truck in. I realize I'm not telling you anything that you probably don't already know but this is the problem with very original vehicles one almost needs two in order to have one to modify so that they can keep the other original.

As I said in the begining this is a very, very sweet truck and in the end it's your truck and your bucks being spent but what you have is getting more rare all the time. I would like to take this oportunity to thankyou for sharing your truck with all of us as I know I enjoyed it.

I understand what you mean. Most of the modifications were done by the owner before me. I don't ever plan to sell this truck, so I'm not really all the concerned with increasing its value, just making it into what I want it to be. I've though of one day getting a short bed truck to restore to stock, but who knows, maybe I should do it the other way round. Restore mine to stock, and modify an undocumented truck. Either way, I love my truck!
